Our Committee
4S was founded in 1996 by a group of professionals who were Sai devotees with a vision to serve all people.
4S is entrusted to the Executive Committee, consisting of volunteers from multi-disciplinary fields.

Active Ageing Centre
Welfare Homes are established by the Ministry of Social and Family Development under the provisions of the Destitute Persons Act (DPA) for the reception, care and rehabilitation of destitute persons.
Tembusu Eldercare Centre
The day centre aims to provide affordable, reliable and professional day care service in a safe, clean and caring environment.
Tembusu Active Ageing Centre
The active ageing centre aims to be a neighbourhood focal point in the Eunos Crescent community to support the social and health well-being of seniors through programmes and activities.

Tax Deductions
Donations In-Kind
Donation to 4S are eligible for tax deduction: 2.5 times the amount of donation. Donation details will be submitted to IRAS. Tax deduction will be automatically carried out if your tax reference number i.e. NRIC/FIN/UEN is made known to us.
